Artwork Upload Guidelines

At Undisputed Tees, we want your custom designs to look their absolute best. To ensure high-quality printing and fast turnaround, please follow these artwork guidelines when submitting your files.

✅ Accepted File Types

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator) – Preferred for vector graphics

  • PDF – Print-ready with embedded fonts

  • PNG (Preferred) – Transparent background, 300 DPI

📐 File Size & Resolution

  • Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for sharp results

  • File should be sized at actual print dimensions (no resizing needed)

  • Maximum file size: 50 MB per upload

🎨 Design Setup

  • Remove any unnecessary backgrounds (transparent PNG is best)

  • Convert all fonts to outlines (for AI/PDF files)

  • Keep important details away from the edges to avoid trimming

  • Use CMYK color mode for the closest print match

🔲 Backgrounds & Transparency

  • PNG with transparent background is strongly recommended

  • Avoid low-resolution screenshots or images pulled from social media

  • Solid black or white backgrounds may print unless removed

⚡ Tips for Best Results

  • Double-check spelling, colors, and alignment before uploading

  • Larger designs = more detail → ensure high resolution

  • For text-heavy designs, bold fonts print cleaner

  • If unsure, contact our team — we’re happy to review your artwork

  1. Go to our Custom Orders page

  2. Upload your artwork file (AI, PDF, or PNG preferred)

  3. Select your product and size

  4. Complete checkout → we’ll handle the rest

❌ Files We Cannot Accept

  • Low-quality JPEGs, screenshots, or Word documents

  • Blurry images under 150 DPI

  • Files with missing fonts or linked images
