Refund policy

At Undisputed Tees, every order is custom-printed with care. Because our products are made-to-order, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please review the details below.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The design was printed incorrectly due to our error

  • You received the wrong size, color, or product

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and issue

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Because all of our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customer-uploaded designs with spelling errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect sizing provided by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper washing or handling

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after ordering)

💵 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we may be able to assist with a discounted reprint. Please contact us to discuss your options.
