At Undisputed Tees, we know fast and reliable delivery is just as important as print quality. Whether you’re ordering a single custom shirt or a bulk apparel order, we make sure your products arrive safely and on time.

🚚 Processing & Turnaround Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM (ET) are:
- Pick-Up Orders: Ready as early as 10:00 AM the following business day.
- Shipped Orders: Leave our facility the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

📦 Shipping Options & Rates (USA Only)

We offer flat-rate shipping throughout the United States:

Ground (1–5 Business Days): $10
2-Day Shipping: $30
Next-Day Shipping: $55

Local pickups are always free.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
For large wholesale or bulk shipments, please contact us for custom freight options.

📧 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

⚠️ Delays & Liability

While we guarantee on-time processing, Undisputed Tees is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.

❌ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

Undisputed Tees is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Reshipments may incur additional shipping charges.

📦 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at undisputedtees2025@gmail.com or (443) 766-0345. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
