1. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in custom T-shirts, DTF transfers, and apparel printing. Our designs include celebrity-inspired tees, athletic graphics, trending quotes, and fully custom uploads. We also offer bulk order pricing for businesses, events, and organizations.

2. What is a DTF transfer?

A DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer is a high-quality print on special film that can be heat pressed onto apparel. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more — making it more versatile than vinyl. At Undisputed Tees, we offer custom DTF transfers at $4 per sq. ft.

3. What file types do you accept for custom orders?

We accept:

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)

  • PDF

  • PNG (preferred for print-ready designs)

Please make sure your file is high-resolution (300 DPI recommended) for best results.

4. How fast is your turnaround time?

  • Pick-Up Orders: Place your order by 2:00 PM, and it will be ready for pick-up as early as 10:00 AM the next day.

  • Shipped Orders: Orders are shipped the next business day.

5. What are your shipping options and costs?

We ship anywhere in the USA:

  • Ground (1–5 Business Days): $10

  • 2-Day Shipping: $30

  • Next-Day Shipping: $55

Local pickups are always free.

6. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes! We provide special bulk pricing for larger orders, perfect for businesses, events, schools, and sports teams. Contact us directly for a custom quote.

7. Can I order just one shirt?

Absolutely! Whether you need one shirt or one hundred, Undisputed Tees has you covered. We treat every order with the same level of quality and care.

8. How should I wash and care for my printed shirt?

For the longest-lasting print:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design

9. What is your return or exchange policy?

Since all items are custom printed, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
