These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through our website and apply to all customers.

2. Products & Services

  • All products are custom printed and made to order.

  • We specialize in DTF transfers, custom T-shirts, bulk orders, and trending designs.

  • Colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly due to the custom printing process.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed online through our website.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Artwork & File Submissions

  • Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

  • Accepted file types: AI, PDF, PNG (preferred).

  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, such as low resolution, misspellings, or incorrect sizing.

5. Turnaround & Shipping

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM are eligible for pick-up as early as 10:00 AM the following day, or ship the next business day.

  • Shipping options:

    • Ground (1–5 business days): $10

    • 2-Day: $30

    • Next-Day: $55

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

7. Bulk Orders & Wholesale

  • Special pricing may be available for large or wholesale orders.

  • A written agreement or invoice may be required for bulk pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of Undisputed Tees unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers must have the legal right to use and upload any artwork submitted for printing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Undisputed Tees is not liable for damages arising from improper use, care, or application of our products.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
